Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 April 2026

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, and how we look after it. It is written in plain English and we will keep it that way.

Who we are

NextGen Engagement is a UK-based business. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you give us through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. We do not run analytics on this site, do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit to reply to your enquiry, and only that. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use the content of your message to train any machine-learning model.

Legal basis

We process the information you provide on the basis of your consent under UK GDPR (Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the contact form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Sharing

Your enquiry is read by the small team at NextGen Engagement and the email infrastructure we use to receive it. We do not pass enquiries to third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.

Cookies

This site does not currently set any cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and surface a clear notice on the site.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as is reasonable to follow up on the conversation, and routinely delete old threads. If you would like a specific exchange deleted sooner, please ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any of these rights, please email us.
